Your First Visit

We ask that you arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to fill out a New Patient form* before your appointment begins. Alternatively, you can download our form and fill it in prior to your appointment.

Initial Examination

Dr. Jones will begin by reviewing your medical and dental history and completing a comprehensive dental exam. Your exam will include a thorough examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, an oral cancer screening and any required x-rays.

Treatment Plan

Based on your history and examination, your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you. Our periodontist will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.

  If you find that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us. Please let us know about any change of plans as soon as you can, so we can offer the space in our schedule to another patient.

  In the days leading up to your appointment, you will receive automated phone, text or email appointment reminders from us. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us to let us know as soon as possible.

• Does your clinic have on-site parking?

  Yes, we have convenient free parking available for all our patients. We are also easily accessible by public transit. 

• Do you offer routine hygiene cleanings?
